Rushing
Our house views recruitment as a chance to add ladies to our house on more of a personal basis. We choose not to participate in formal recruitment because we feel we can get to know the ladies better and see if they will fit into our house by our own way of recruiting. We have rushes at our house that we invite ladies to such as: lei making, movie nights, ordering food, sledding, etc. We also take girls out one on one to dinner, coffee, study dates, etc. We value the time we spend with each and every lady.  This time together allows us to get to know prospective members on a personal level rather than as a number.  This way of recruitment also allows prospective members the chance to make sure we are the right choice for you.
