"Phi Guy" is an honorary title bestowed by the women of Lambda Delta Phi. A Phi Guy must be a student at the University of Minnesota and in his second year of college or older. Phi Guys are active on campus and in good standing with the University community. They should be familiar with the majority of the women at LDPhi and contribute to the chapter in some way. This could include physical help and maintenance, support of members, and promotion of LDPhi to others.

"I work hard and play hard to. I am from a dairy farm, I really like working with livestock and driving tractor. I really enjoy spending time with the wonderful ladies of LDPhi. Being that I have a pickup truck, my resources seem to be needed a bit more often haha."
